Find The Courage was a movement that began in 2010 in response to a series of heartbreaking stories of kids humiliating other kids. What began as an open letter called “Find The Courage,” an inspired plea urging kids to speak up, step up, and do something when they see other kids being mistreated, has evolved into a multi-tiered educational program.
Over the past five years, thanks to many experts and passionate educators, FTC has transformed from an inspirational and passionate plea, to an action-oriented program. FTC programs empower students to find the courage to take the lead in promoting a culture of kindness, inclusion, encouragement, compassion, respect and resiliency.
Find The Courage became a registered New Hampshire nonprofit in December of 2012 and registered New York foreign nonprofit in the fall of 2014.
